Nail Condition

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will forfeit your $25 deposit.We accept cash, cards, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 70% of the scheduled service total. No-shows may also result in refusal of future bookings.

We specialize in healthy natural nail care. If you have active nail infections or severe trauma, we must defer service until healed.

If you experience lifting or breakage due to application, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos so I can determine if a complimentary repair is appropriate.

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The studio address will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are permitted. I do not fill over another nail technician’s work; a soak-off and new set are required.

Card on File

A valid card on file is required to confirm your appointment. If a valid card is not provided or the payment authorization cannot be completed, your deposit will be refunded, and your appointment request will be declined.

Most sets last 3–4 weeks with proper care. Longevity depends on your lifestyle and nail care routine. For the best results, regular fills every 2–3 weeks are recommended to maintain the shape and structure of your nails.
