Our Studio Policies

We maintain a quiet, refined environment focused on technical precision. Respecting these boundaries ensures a flawless experience for every guest.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Late Arrivals

Nail Condition

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. One reschedule is permitted with your original deposit.

No-Shows

No-shows forfeit their deposit. A new deposit is required to book another appointment.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your service may be modified. Arrivals 30+ minutes late will forfeit the original service, and a shorter service may be provided based on the remaining time.

We specialize in healthy natural nail care. If you have active nail infections or severe trauma, we must defer service until healed.

If you experience lifting or breakage due to application, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos so I can determine if a complimentary repair is appropriate.

A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The studio address will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, no extra guests or children are permitted. I do not fill over another nail technician’s work; a soak-off and new set are required.
